Presentation of the BlackBerry application for March 13, 2015

Hello CrackBerry Nation! Hope you all had a great week as it certainly went by quickly. This week we saw Vodafone UK confirm that it will be offering the BlackBerry Leap, but only for business users, a BerryFlow podcast with our own EiC to wrap up Mobile World Congress, and a way to get Adobe Flash on OS 10.3.1. .

Now let’s move on to the most important topic of the day. It’s time to introduce you to this week’s picks for all of your BlackBerry enthusiasts. You can find every app and game I’ve created for you by clicking on the gallery below. If your favorite was missed this week, remember that you can help by offering your suggestions at the end.

Super Drop Jam by Brigand

This week in the Amazon Appstore, I came across this unusual game. The principle is quite simple. There is a row of five numbers at the bottom whose numbers match those of a deck of cards and numbered tiles falling from the top of the screen. Your job is to slide the tiles below and match them to the falling ones. However, you can only stack them if the value is greater or less than the one that falls before the time runs out. For example, if a five falls, you can only match it with a four or a six. The more tiles stacked, the higher your score. If you need to clear the board quickly, tap the stack to make them reach the bottom and disappear. As a puzzle game, it keeps you alert, especially when the pace picks up. Super Drop Jam is available for $ 1.00.

Health Pro by Fire Chest Apps

From the developer who brought you Backup Pro and Usage Pro comes this portable health management system. This comprehensive application manages information for multiple patients and family members. This is an application that you would fill out with your personal health information. It’s your one stop shop for keeping track of this data. From the ability to enter your allergies, insurance information, medical conditions and medications, and upcoming medical visits, it stores everything for quick reference. Additional features include the ability to create graphs to map your progress, the ability to act as a journal for notes and appointment results, quick access to the resources and websites you enter, create and run groups of predetermined algorithms on given data sets and password protection. To better manage your medical data, this app can be purchased for $ 4.99.

Saper-ek file converter

It’s a quick and easy file converter to use on the go. There are several uses for an app like this. Have a Word file that you can’t open in Docs to Go? No problem, this app can convert to PDF so you can open it with Adobe. I know for myself that there are times when I would like to send a PDF of a file rather than the Word version. All you have to do is launch File Converter and it will do the rest in a few moments. Just tap the type of file you want to convert to and then browse your files to select the source document. It supports PDF, DOC, ODP, ODS, ODT, PPT, RTF, TXT and XLS formats. You can pick it up for $ 0.99 in BlackBerry World.

MoPix by 10Soft

Growing up, the most powerful images to see, in my opinion, were the black and white ones. Not only are they impressive, but they’re stylish and capture some of the finest detail that we might not notice in color. MoPix is a small, simple app that lets you take any black and white photo (from the app itself), apply filters, and share them right on your Facebook wall. Users can also take an existing photo from the library and also apply the black and white filter. The free version includes a watermark, although this can be removed with an in-app purchase of $ 1.99. Another feature not available in the free version is the ability to save the new image to your device. Once you have upgraded to the premium version, this option will appear on the screen and can be accessed by tapping the green check mark at the top right.
